    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. When you listen to the Committee Chairman and what Hon. Nassir is saying, I am tempted to support the Committee’s amendment. This is the reason: The Constitution provides for public participation. As we make laws, this House is being encouraged a lot to consult key stakeholders. I get really encouraged to hear that there was a serious discussion between the key stakeholders in matters of this nature and, more so, the public secretaries and accountants who interact with the companies that we are discussing here on day-to-day basis. I would plead with Hon. Nassir to give a chance to this amendment. It is like a negotiated amendment. If it becomes tricky in terms of implementation, we still have a free hand to make any other amendments after six months. So, let us see how it works. I want to support the Committee’s amendments. Thank you very much."
