    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 736. The terms “senior statutory auditor” does not exist in Kenya. We do not have a senior statutory auditor. We only have auditors. So, it is superfluous to provide for a senior statutory auditor which is not used anywhere in the Bill or in any other legislation. Someone just picked it from somewhere and just plugged it into this legislation. So, as far as we are concerned, it does not serve any purpose."
