    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is one area for which we must thank the Committee. This is under Part 31 which is on Registrar of Companies, registration of company documents and the marginal title; there is a Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar. However, the provision as per the published Bill did not establish the Office of the Registrar. So, this is a good amendment. I wish to support it."
