    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support this amendment. The reason is that as Kenya is growing richer, the majority of Kenyans are getting poorer. The reason is basically that a lot of the wealth we have is actually owned by foreigners and a few people who pretend to be businessmen but are basically agents for principals who are abroad.
