    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have to be honest with each other. I have not been to Turkana and I better say the truth. I am sure very many hon. Members in this House have not been to Turkana. I look forward to going there one of these fine days especially on tourism matters because I think that is an area that needs to be looked into. It is not just the Government but all of us hon. Members because we pass a national Budget. This will enable us to know what it is we are focusing on."
