    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am rising on Standing Order No.136. I beg to move that the Motion for agreement with the Report of the Committee of the whole House be amended by inserting the words “subject to re-committal of Clause 95 of the Bill”. The reason for this is that when the amendment to Clause 95(5) was brought and opposed, the Chair at that time put a Question for the whole Clause 95 and, therefore, that made the whole Clause 95 to be null and void, yet we were supposed to oppose the amendment to sub- clause (5) of Clause 95. I ask Hon. Gikaria to second."
