    "content": "Thank you so much Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Definitely, this is one of the Bills that the 11th Parliament will be proud of. This Bill, when it becomes an Act of Parliament, will make doing business in this country very easy. This is the right direction towards reforming the business environment of this country. Smaller economies within the region like Rwanda are attracting a lot of investments because of ease of doing business in their countries. One of the laws that will make this country very attractive and conducive in doing business is this Companies Bill that this House has passed today.
