    "content": "For the first time since Independence, we now have a law that is home-grown. It has been made by the 11th Parliament. I can tell you that these Members of the 11th Parliament are very courageous men and women, except that there are no women in this House today. They have been fighting for seats. I do not know how they will explain this because they are missing in action. We do not have gender participation here. This speaks volumes that they do not participate actively in parliamentary activities."
