    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise on Standing Order No.39 under the heading of “Weekly Programmes for the Business of the National Assembly”. Hon. Speaker, if you allow me, I will read out the contents of Standing Order No.39. It states that the Clerk shall prepare and publish on the Parliamentary Website a weekly programme showing the business of the House and the schedule of sittings of various committees, and shall circulate such programme to Members, State Departments and the media not later than the Friday of the week preceding such business.
