"content": "“supplementary” is additional, to supplement whatever is available. Surprisingly, I have found that we do not have the Report on the sugar crisis, yet our people are suffering. They need this Report so that we can have solutions to the problems we are currently experiencing. I really would have wished that the House is informed of what caused Order No.14 to be removed. The problems in the sugar sector are well known to you and they are in the public domain. Right now, they are a topical issue. We really need to find a solution to this problem, so that the sugar cane farmers can also relax. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
