    "content": "Before we proceed to the next Order, I wish to make a Communication regarding the manner of consideration of business appearing as Order No.12 (i), which is the Presidential Memorandum on the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 33 of 2015). You may recall that on Thursday, 28th July 2015, I issued a Communication relating to the consideration of presidential reservations on Bills referred to Parliament for reconsideration. Hon. Members, I wish to remind you that from the Communication, I guided that the Presidential Memorandum can be amended in two ways:- (i) that where the proposed amendment does not fully accommodate the President’s reservations, it will require two-thirds majority for its passage; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
