    "content": "In line with Standing Order No.1, you can provide some direction. I have looked at the Memorandum from His Excellency the President where he has indicated that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) should be vetted within a period of 12 months. In my understanding, when you talk of within a period of 12 months, it might be the first month and the second month. My proposal for the amendment was that instead of going for the 12 months, they be vetted within six months, which is within the reservation of His Excellency the President. So, I need your guidance on that because I thought it was in line with the reservations, and so we do not need the two-thirds majority. Thank you."
