    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, listening to all hon. Members who made their contribution, surely a lot more work needs to be done. It is true that I visited your constituency last Friday and saw for myself. I feel sorry that women of Kenya can still be travelling for up to 20 kilometres in search of water and not even necessarily clean water. Surely, this shows that there is somewhere in the history of this country where we have not done well; in ensuring that we put money where the need is. There are also men and women in this country who do not know the difference between having water or not having it because they have never known the value of water; they have it in plenty. I think it is important that we look at how it is going to be distributed around the country."
