What we are trying to do by these presidential amendments is putting one commission under another bearing in mind that these are two independent commissions. This is wrong. Could it be done by anybody else? I am not a lawyer but even from logical thinking, it is wrong. I cannot support this. It will go through but we need to tell Kenyans that this is wrong.
