Will you sue the individual or the 12 persons who were involved in that process? When you infringe on any of my rights if I am an applicant, I have the right to seek recourse. So, that is what we are trying to cure. We should cure this in all institutions. We should not transport the fears that we had during the Coalition arrangement to recruitment of persons.
