The Nominated Member of Parliament who is a very good friend of mine wanted to mislead this House that if one would be dissatisfied by this process, one would go to sue the PSC and yet she knows that the appointing authority will not be the PSC. It will just be making recommendations. Therefore, if one is dissatisfied, then you sue the appointing authority. These others are working at the behest of the PSC. You cannot sue the PSC."
