    "content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Equal Opportunity on the distribution of water boreholes in the Country for the last three years laid on the Table of the House on 1st March, 2011, subject to deletion of the words “regions which have traditionally relied on boreholes” appearing on page 29 of the Report, and substituting therefor the words “constituencies which are prone to drought and famine, with emphasis on those which have been marginalized in the drilling of boreholes as per the said Report”.
