    "content": "access some of the facilities that the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries is going to be dealing with so that the farmer is the actual beneficiary of this Board and not the middlemen and other persons who are not directly concerned with farming. This Board is expected to do a lot because agriculture is important in Kenya and we cannot succeed if we do not put our efforts in areas and matters agriculture.
