Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would want to first of all on behalf of the Mediation Committee thank all Members who have contributed to this Motion and admit, given the kind of amendments that we were looking at, I did not expect this kind of reaction. We have got quite a number of Members of Parliament who have contributed and supported it. I am aware that we still have two other Members of Parliament who would want to contribute. Given that I have enough time to reply, with you permission, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would request that Hon. Alice Chae is given two minutes and my brother, Hon. Kabando wa Kabando, is also given two minutes to add their voice to this Motion."
