    "content": "Therefore, your humble Petitioner prays that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee of Education, Research and Technology:- (a) Considers mechanisms for immediate resolution of the stalemate between the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the Teachers Service Commission, and Kenya National Union of Teachers to ensure speedy deployment of teachers to Mandera, Wajir and Garissa counties and ensures that the teachers report to their stations. (b) Ensures that the Petitioners’ plight is addressed; and, (c) Makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the Petition. And your Petitioners will ever pray.
