    "content": "In fact, there was a time when we met the local leadership in north eastern region. We asked them to ensure that they participate in restoring law and order and they accepted to do that. We want them to say the same, that they will support even the locals. When civil servants complained about insecurity---We are saying that security starts with us. We are asking that when the Government makes an effort, local leaders must equally make efforts to make the north eastern region part and parcel of this country. We are going to do that and we will bring that report here. Thank you."
