Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following subsections immediately after subsection (1)— “(1A) The Official Receiver shall establish a committee of three officers to— (a) review applications for authorization to act as insolvency practitioners; and (b) recommend to the Official Receiver the grant or refusal of authorization. (1B)The committee established under subsection (1A) shall keep a record of its meetings and recommendations made to the Official Receiver.”"
