    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Again, I rise to support. The marginal note here is on the share assets to be made available for unsecured creditors where floating charge relates to the company’s property. Again, I agree with the Chairman of the Committee that by referring to a particular--- Those of us who went through the amendments in the Companies Bill will know that a number of the clauses were rearranged. So, to refer to a particular clause or a particular Section would amount to misinforming in the sense that, that may not be so in the final Act. I support."
