    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 498 of the Bill be amended by deleting Sub-clause (10). The Committee is seeking to amend Clause 498 of the Bill by deleting Sub-clause 10. The reason is that the Bill makes reference to Clause 217 of the companies Act of 2015. That particular Section of the Bill was amended. So, it is superfluous to make reference to something that was deleted. I thank you."
