(a) Is the Minister aware that the only fluoroscopy X-ray machine at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) broke down in early March, 2011 and why are there no contingent measures to cater for the breakdown? (b) What stop-gap measures has the Government taken to ensure detection and treatment of cancer at the facility and when will the machine be repaired or replaced?"
