    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I think I was very clear. I said that the machine was procured in 1992. However, its spare parts are not available locally. We have procured a modern digital machine which is working right now. For cancer treatment, we have other modern machines which are based at the Kenyatta National Hospital. Since that machine is not only used to treat cancer, people suffering from other diseases are catered for. The cobalt machine is now working as we speak."
