"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I know in the Third Reading, I am supposed to be very brief. I would like to congratulate the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs for successfully moving the Insolvency Bill and the Companies Bill, at the same time. When we were trying to do this as a Committee, we thought it was pretty dangerous to move two Bills at the same time. This is because there was cross- referencing. I think we have pulled it well. I am happy we have passed the Companies Bill and the Insolvency Bill will now respond to some of the provisions of the Companies Act. I congratulate the Members of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I support."
