"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First of all, I would like to congratulate the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. He has done a great job in this 11th Parliament. He has brought many Bills which are of great importance to our country. They are Bills like the one that has just been passed and the Companies Bill. Those are Bills that are going to make this country prosper. Those are the kind of Bills that are going to attract investors to this country because they will be sure of their businesses. The businesses are going to be born through the Companies Bill and they will die through the Insolvency Bill - if they are supposed to. This is a great job for the country. Just to clarify, I am not the Secretary-General of moles because he is known and I do not want to call his name."
