    "content": "In a nutshell, this is a very short and straight-forward Bill. It follows in line with the previous two important legislations we have done last week and this afternoon. I urge my colleagues--- I can see that my relative has left unfortunately. Maybe, he is considering seriously the good offer given to him by the gracious lady and the good friend of mine. I hope the Holy Spirit will go into his heart and come back to her and accept to join the coalition of the willing and the winning."
