    "content": "The other important thing in this Bill is that when you look at the proposed SAGA which is going to be headed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will realize that the person who is going to be appointed by a CEO of this SAGA, the issue of professionalism and competence is given a lot of focus. This is very important especially in this country. Many people have gone to universities to study different disciplines.
