    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, another issue that I have concern over is that increasingly we have been taking a zebra approach in legislation. Where you have a chairperson as a man, the vice-chairperson is a woman and where the woman is the chairperson, the man is a vice chairperson. I am also hoping that we can do an amendment to make sure that we retain this zebra approach. I would also want us to provide for strong language on gender inclusion not only for the staff but also for the board."
