Apparently, it looks like these management problems are common in most of the water supply bodies. In my view, this arises from the provisions of the Water Act. The Water Services Board does not seem to have enough capacity and power to supervise the water supply companies. What is the Ministry doing to make sure that these bodies are streamlined, so that services are offered to the common mwananchi?"
