    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I stand to oppose this amendment. There is a slow movement in this country to get social services moved to the private sector, or for the private sector to take them over. Basically, this is a public issue. I oppose the issue of KEPSA getting in. I prefer the Bill as it was with the students represented. That made more sense."
