    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to oppose this amendment. If we want to incorporate KEPSA for effective collection of loans, then we have competent organizations which can do that job. In particular, we have the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), and to get clearance from them, you must have paid your loans. I stand to oppose this amendment completely."
