    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to oppose this amendment because if students are going to be given allowances, they are going to fight among themselves. So, there is no need to give them this chance because they will not study, having in mind that there will be allowances. They will simply fight; we, as parents, are going to get into problems since our children are going to kill each other because of money."
