    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This for me is a very good amendment. One, it recognizes effort; I think the idea of saying that we give equal priority even to those who are pursing parallel degrees as opposed to those who are going through regular programmes is not good. I want to congratulate Hon. Irungu Kangata on this. I was very impressed when a student from a secondary school I started four years ago, an orphan, got grade “A” minus. Why would such a student not be given priority over somebody like my child, who is able to get other alternatives? Mzee Kangata, I want to thank you very much and I support."
