I support this and I think it is a good idea because even if you look at Article 10 of the Constitution on good Governance, it talks about transparency and accountability. So, this is a record that can be kept for future reference and it is a good amendment. Unfortunately, I am talking late; I think that Clause 4 was a big mistake we have just made because we do not have that money, as a country."
