This is because it is important to realize that not everybody gets a job immediately; it is so punitive that when you do not pay the loan as prescribed your name is taken to CRB. It is important that the affidavit is produced and every year you renew it, and as soon as you get a job then you can start repaying the loan. I support the amendment."
