    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. This is an important amendment. The income parity in this country is actually disturbing. The gap between the rich and the poor is growing too wide to the extent that majority of Kenyans who are in the poverty group will not access social services like health and education. Therefore, these amendments that bring and streamline support for those who are disadvantaged are welcome. I, therefore, support this."
