"content": "Article 125(2) states thus:- “For the purposes of Clause (1), a House of Parliament, and any of its Committees has the same powers as the High Court –” If we have the same powers as that of the High Court, it means that any evidence that we must take must be in accordance with Chapter 80 of the Evidence Act – Relevance.
