"content": "I want to go to the Kenya Airways (KQ) issue. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. It is on the same issue. We have a problem with the Senate, but not KQ. That is because Hon. Chepkong’a has dealt with that. If you remember the number of the messages that you have read from the Senate on the Bills that they have sent to us, most of them end up in mediation as provided for in the Constitution. The genesis of the referral to mediation, in my opinion, is based on the Senate not adhering to the principles and functions of each House as provided for in the Constitution."
