    "content": "system, we need to note that this is a budget-making House and for the KQ to go to the Senate does not make any sense. Their issues have financial implications and, if they need a grant, it has to be approved in this House. It will not be approved in the Senate. There is no point of wasting time going to a House that cannot provide a solution. It is important for the Government agencies and companies to be given notices to know that if it is something of irrelevance, they should not honour their summons. Whatever is important for this Parliament must be carried out in the National Assembly. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
