However, my concern is that this is a very important Bill that we are discussing and it involves money. But the Committee has not tabled its report. I do not know whether there is a section of the Standing Orders that allow them to do so. This is a very crucial Bill in the National Assembly for us to understand what they have discussed and what they have come up with so that we debate from an informed position. I ask you, Hon.
