    "content": "In developed economies we have seen cases of unscrupulous individuals who are not credible, forming organizations to collect taxes on behalf of Governments. What happens is that these individuals sometimes disappear in thin air and the country ends up losing tax money. Even as these opportunities come into play, the importance of the credibility of the institutions which are going to be given that permission needs to be of paramount importance."
