"content": "With regard to banking, I think I like this proposal as opposed to the proposal which initially was meant to bring on board a one-off increase to Kshs 5billion. This is progressive. At the end of 2016 it will go to Kshs2 billion; end of 2017 it will go to Kshs3.5 billion and then at the end of 2018 to Kshs 5billion. We need to make sure that we bring in the discipline of serious institutions of banking doing business in this country."
