    "content": "As I end, with regard to the issue of road levy, we need to be a bit careful with it, Chairman of the Finance, Planning and Trade Committee. The moment you touch on the Road Levy there will be increase of the fuel prices and such like things. We have to see how that affects the real Kenyan. We do not want to make life more difficult for the ordinary Kenyan by increasing these taxes."
