"content": "I will proceed very quickly with business appearing as No. 13, which is the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 02 of 2015), the Bill by Hon. Peter George Kaluma. My assumption is that all of us were present when this Bill was proposed. It is the Bill that proposes to amend Article 165 of the Constitution on the Judiciary. Those of you who have been keen to follow know what that Bill is all about. Those who do not know will express themselves one way or the other. It is unlikely that I can, on my feet, begin to explain."
