Members, as we still quorate, to avoid a situation where Members will come to say that their cards were not working, those either without cards or have faulty ones, please, come forward now. The rest of you, log out. Hon. Members, in a nutshell, this Bill proposes to amend Article 165(3), so that matters which are reserved for Houses of Parliament or their Committees are removed from the jurisdiction of courts until Committees of Parliament have finalised them. That is the net effect of this amendment."
