Those without cards will come to the front and vote. Hon. Abass, where are you? Listen first. From time to time, I will be mixing Kiswahili and English for clarity. I will merely read this out. I do not expect you to vote by acclamation. I will resume my seat. Those of you without cards or with faulty cards, please come forward before we can even talk about those who are logging in and out.
