But, I just want to understand why the Committee is proposing the deletion of paragraph (d) which says “the Principal Secretary in the State department for the time being responsible for the matter relating to devolved government.” I do not understand the rationale for that. In your explanation when the Question was proposed you did not explain why. Could you kindly be on the HANSARD as to why you think that amendment is necessary?"
